Use A Credit Card: Not to increase debt but to rack up reward points to take a family trip. I use my Southwest Chase credit card often to receive points. It’s very helpful to reduce costs for travel outside the state.

Plant A Garden: A garden is helpful to save money on fresh produce.

Meal Prep: Plan each meal ahead of time which helps proportion food for family dinners.

Air Dry Clothes: Cut cost by hanging clothes on a line instead of putting them in the dryer.

Cable: Ditch cable and stream everything using Amazon Firestick! It’s the most powerful streaming media stick allowing you to watch every sitcom and movie available online. You can purchase one, here.

Food: Meal planning, coupons and apps like Ibotta help to keep me under budget.
