So, guess what? We kicked off this awesome family trip from the Chicagoland area bright and early at 8 am. We were super pumped for the adventure awaiting us. Our destination? Quad Cities, baby! We indulged in a sumptuous feast, sampling an array of delectable dishes. From the succulent salmon and Caesar salad to the tantalizing bruschetta, each bite was a celebration of flavor. Calvin, our son, savored a delightful pizza accompanied by fresh fruit, while we adults delighted in decadent desserts and refreshing drinks. Bix Bistro proved to be a culinary gem, leaving us eager to return for more.

Immersing ourselves in the vibrant arts scene of Quad Cities, we ventured to the Figge Art Museum. Housing a diverse collection of artworks spanning various genres and eras, the museum offered a captivating glimpse into the world of art. Calvin, our youngest enthusiast, was enthralled by the masterpieces on display, his curiosity sparked by the museum’s rich offerings. The Rock Pile at Pebble Creek Golf Course: Sporting Adventure
Before departing Quad Cities, we indulged in a sporting adventure at The Rock Pile, nestled within Pebble Creek Golf Course. With our son’s passion for golf in mind, we spent an hour balls at the golf range, enjoying quality time together amidst lush greenery and scenic views.
